Loretta is the sweetest caring lady you could meet. Styrk is her husband and he is very kind as well. I was in town for a travel nurse assignment and was not able to find a place to stay until I got there. But as it turned out, a week here was all that I needed to decide that I wanted to spend my entire 13 weeks at Norway Inn. The location was perfect for me. I was never concerned about safety as they have cameras everywhere. I would definitely return and even recommend this place to anyone who is on a budget, but needs a clean safe place to stay, whether short term or long term.

Norway Inn had the best combination of price and reviews in the 100 miles stretch of I94 I was looking at. Check in was easy. Room was clean, smelled fresh, and came with a free chocolate. The toilet was new, and was an extended style rather than the dinky one in most motels. Shower had nice water pressure - much better than my previous 5 motels this trip. Big fridge, which is clearly intended for longer stays. I was only here the 1 night and gone by 6 the next morning, but the room felt comfy and I slept well.

Inside my room was very nice. It had been recently redecorated and had a Norway theme (Bergen in my case). There was a large fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. I liked the sheets, which felt a bit silky. The bathroom had some shelves to put things down on, which was useful. Plenty of hot water for the shower. The nicest towels I have ever seen in a hotel, including some which cost many times as much as this bargain. I had a very nice chat with the people who own the motel when I checked in. They were very friendly.

I have to say this was a very homey hotel, quiet and secure with security cameras. Location is great for where we had parked our truck at truck stop. Both people I talked to on the phone and in the office were amazingly friendly. The room had a personal touch, which really is the only downfall. I stayed up for 3 hours researching the pictures and name. Ha ha! Not a downfall. I love learning new things. Beds were comfy. Cute little pantry shelf for guests contained things like shampoo.

Nice clean rooms, rooms are not typical. My room was painted a beautiful dark teal. The pictures around the room were of different places in Norway. The room included a clean, full size refrigerator and microwave. The room also included a welcome book giving detailed information about places and cities in Norway. I found it very interesting and could tell that a lot of personal work was put into the welcome book. Very willing to share their culture. Once again, not typical of other motels. Norway Motel is very comfy and like home as advertised. Staff very helpful and friendly. I stayed here for a week. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Norway Motel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

An affordable gem of a hotel. It’s such a relief going somewhere and not getting hit by surge pricing because you’re booking the day of your stay. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Will definitely come here again.

We went to Jamestown to visit family & have a nice quiet night away from the kids. Management was very friendly & helpful. We love this place & stay here every time we visit Jamestown as it is quiet, clean & close to the people we visit.

"A quaint and quiet motel. Stayed there 4 months and had no complaints. My room was comfy and toasty. There was always plenty of hot water, and the owners are super-nice. My experience there was first-rate.”
